Removal and cleaning of lower fork legs and upper fork stanchions
Inspects lower legs, lower leg bushings, and upper fork stanchions
Installation of new internal foam rings and wiper seals
Reinstallation of lower fork legs with fresh bath oil
Repressurizes fork and returns air pressure, rebound, and compression to rider’s preferred settings
Functionality testing

Removal of can air sleeve
Cleans and inspects the air can and rear shock internals
Installation of new air can seals and lubrication fluid
Repressurizes shock and returns air pressure, rebound, and compression to rider’s preferred settings
Dyno Functionality testing

Removal and cleaning of internal and external lower fork legs and upper fork stanchions
Inspects lower legs, lower leg bushings, and upper fork stanchions
Installation of new internal foam rings and wiper seals
Internal damper rebuild and bleed with fresh fluid and rebuild kit
Air spring cleaning, O-ring replacement, greasing and reinstallation
Lower leg bushing replacement and sizing if applicable
Reinstallation of lower fork legs with fresh bath oil
Repressurizes fork and returns air pressure, rebound, and compression to rider’s preferred settings
Functionality testing
